Our company offers "Hybrid Precision Sheet Metal" that supports high precision. We contribute to cost reduction through combinations such as "Precision Sheet Metal + Precision Sheet Metal (Layering)", "Precision Sheet Metal + Machining", and "Precision Sheet Metal + Press Processing + Machining". Traditionally, terminals for electrical components required "cutting out" or "creating samples after making simple molds", but with the introduction of the thin plate sheet metal processing machine "MERC-typeM", we can perform shape cutting and bending processing on materials with a thickness of 0.1 to 0.3 mm, producing 1 mm size products in a single chuck. Positioning can be done with an accuracy of 10 μm and bending with an accuracy of 30 μm, allowing for product creation without molds in a short time.
